Mammals

The main native land mammals seen in Gilberton (i.e. excluding bats) are Koalas (Phascolarctos cinereus),  Ringtail Possums (Pseudocheirus peregrinus) or the now rarer Brushtail Possums (Trichosurus vulpecula).

It is also possible that there are  Water Rats (Hydromys chrysogaster),  Bush Rats (Rattus fuscipes) or even a Yellow-footed Antechinus (Antechinus flavipes).
