VPOP Sites

Vale Park Our Patch began in riverside sites next to Hamilton Park in Vale Park, upstream from the Ascot Avenue Road Bridge.

These are the most northerly and upstream of our VPOP sites.

From North to South, here are some images of our Vale Park sites near Hamilton Park.

Over time Vale Park Our Patch expanded into sites downstream from the Ascot Avenue Road Bridge, still in Vale Park, but around Willow Bend Reserve.

This includes the Wildflower Walk on the slope below the carpark next to the Ascot Avenue Road Bridge.

In 2006, VPOP also began revegetating some riverbank sites at nearby Gilberton.
